Night Vision IR switching on and off / blinking

Hi The IR for night vision is repeatedly switching on and off (about once or twice per second).  How can I stop it doing this?

I would first remove the camera from my account, reset it and onboard it again to see if that fixes it.

If still an issue, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
