I have one Pro 5S and the basic single camera plan. I bought an Arlo Essential 1 (2nd gen) indoor cam and added it to my system. It has the 30 day trial, as typical. Everything went smoothly and it's working well EXCEPT there is no history in the feed of its events. The only events there are the events from my Pro 5S.

I'm guessing the issue has to be my single camera plan. You'd think that the 30 day trial would supercede the single cam plan and allow for the new cams feed at least for the 30 days.   No?

I couldn't find an answer anywhere thus the post.

Thanks!

A single camera plan only allows one camera to be included. Another such plan would be needed for a new camera (or the multi-camera plan if more cost-effective).

The new camera's trial subscription doesn't supercede your existing plan - for all intents and purposes, it's a 30 day single camera plan by itself. Check the subscription status in Settings, Home, Plans to verify that the trial is active. If true, you should be getting recordings in Feed. If you don't see them, check your active mode for a rule for that camera. Use Routines to see you're modes (Arm Away/Arm Home/STandby).
