New Pro5 camera not connecting to cloud account

I have just purchased 2 new Pro5 cameras to add to my system and I cannot get them to record.  When I go into "Routines" the option to record is greyed out, when I click on the i information button it states "Upgrade your cloud storage and enable video recording and snapshot" I am already paying for the annual subscription, so not sure why these new cameras are giving this error.  The existing system is a mix of Pro cameras, plus doorbell camera. All are connected through Smarthub base station.
