New Phone No Login

Today is my first time logging into the web browser(laptop) since using Arlo. Past four years I've used the app. But It says it does not recognize this device (laptop) so it sends a push notification to my phone to verify. Problem is I got rid of that phone two years ago. It keeps sending to the old phone so I can't login web browser. Need help to update so Arlo can recognize my new phone and send push verification. Thanks,

you can choose another verification method after the push times out. Select email.
