My return only shows part of my order. How do I get it to include the complete order?

My order # 12708674 is for cameras and extra batteries. It shipped as two separate shipments. When making the return it only showed 1 shipment (batteries only) not the complete order. It will not let me return the rest of the order (cameras) because return is already issued. I have tried to reach customer support through chat but it is automated with no way to have contact with a live chat, email is a no-reply, their phone number is for calling out only. No way to reach them! How do I get this full order accepted as a returned in time so I can get my credit?

Frustrating! Feeling scammed!

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
