I have the wireless pro5, it’s for the outdoors and I use it with a magnetic cable to keep it charged always and to keep me from having to constantly change/charge the battery.
I can’t get the pro5 to show up in my feed. I get the notifications, but you have to click on it immediately or whatever was there is now gone. I’ve restarted, removed battery, unplugged, etc. and I can’t get any feed. Any advice please. Thank you.

I never had a subscription to this camera. I have another Arlo camera that I pay for, and I assumed this new one would be covered. I had to get a magnetic cable for it, and it took me awhile to get it up and running.
‘it just dawned on me, in the last hour or so, that I might have to pay to get it in the feed.
It does require a subscription to get cloud recording.

Did the subscription expire?

It certainly does.
After having this camera outside for several weeks, (I don’t know about any free trial subscription, but I never got one) and fiddling around with it, restarting, unplugging, removing, then reinstalling, and being completely baffled as to why I couldn’t get a feed from it, I finally took it down and brought it inside so I could continue from the warmth and comfort of my armchair. And did all the exact same things. I’m embarrassed to admit it never once occurred to me that I had to pay, again! (I already pay for one camera, I assumed this one would be included). Of course I have to pay, that’s how they make a tonne of money! I signed up for the service, and moments after my cc went through, there it was, in my feed. Apart from buying good health, money really does solve everything. Thanks for your rapid response Stephen B., I appreciate it.
