Hi we are having trouble connecting due to the black hole we live in. Door bell works fine but other cameras are not connecting.  Do I need to get a smart hub to improve the system

If the doorbell works, the other cameras should also. WHat issues have you run into? Have you checked your Internet speeds, especially the upload speed with speedtest.net? You might want to try the reset procedure:
