I have 3 - Arlo 5s 2K Camera’s VMC 4360P. All of the sudden one is not visible in my phone app or desktop app. What's particularly troubling is I tried to contact ARLO support.
There is no phone number to call.
I tried to use support "have an agent contact you" - the result "There was an issue scheduling your call. Try again". Multiple tries same result.
I tried to use "chat support". On my 1st attempt with 1253 seconds wait number 5 in line, I was logged out. Apparently because of inactivity.
When I logged back in I had to start over and I was number 11 with 1480 seconds. It has now been frozen at number 9 for 1321 seconds for over an hour now. Apparently there is only one person responding.
I was initially okay with the camera's, except I find the setup and use of the camera's "not user friendly".
But the real issue is with Customer Support. For the annual contract fee I pay it is nothing short of ridiculous.
I suppose I should have done better research concerning customer support when I chose to steer away from Ring
I will be going to another camera and service. Is it really always shareholders wealth over customers?

Thanks for the feedback. Are you still experiencing the symptom with your Pro5 being missing in the Arlo app? Does it appear in your devices section? I can see on my end someone removed it from the Arlo app on March 15 at 20:45 UTC using an Android Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running Arlo 6.18.0.

Totally agree, Arlo sucks. I am replacing my cameras one by one with another company (not Ring). I do have the subscription service but the fact there is NO customer service phone number is beyond reprehensible. So glad I don't use these for my home security--only in my barn, but when I need them, I NEED THEM!!! My friend is trying to get Arlo to contact her--same issues as yours--and gets no response (also pays for subscription). She's ready to trash her cameras too.
