I cannot select a CVR plan for powered Pro 5 cameras

Hi,

 

I purchased three cameras a few days ago. All are setup and working fine. I have signed up to Arlo secure and whilst doing so noticed the CVR option. When i click ''subscribe now'' within the portal I cannot see my cameras and the continue button at the end of the page is greyed out.

 

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Have you also tried doing this with the web client (my.arlo.com)?

Are the cameras connected to a base/smarthub?  You need that, as well as AC power to the cameras.

 

FWIW, I'm not a fan of the CVR subscription myself.  Though it's been a couple years since I tried it, I found that it was hard to navigate footage, and there were significant gaps.  Also, you cannot download the CVR footage, which IMO really limits its value.

No I haven't got the smart hub, didn't realise that was a necessity. Think I will hold off getting one for now, especially if there are glitches with the service as you say.
