Help for an Ignoramus: No local recording ability with Pro 5S cameras?

I recently added three Pro 5S cameras to the existing two Pro 3.

I had always recorded locally using local storage from my VMB 4540 base, into which I inserted a USB stick and reviewed it on my PC.

Not so with the new cameras. 

Is local recording and viewing not possible? And if not, what will it cost me to make this work? 

It seems that even my old cameras are no longer able to record their output and be reviewed on my PC.

Start by going to the devices page in the app, and then selecting the base.  After that choose "Storage Settings"

Are you seeing recordings there?
