Feed not working properly

At midnight  nothing records to feed on all cameras stays like that until 12pm the next day then all the recored events suddenly appear anyone else having this issue? & ghastly anyone found a solution? I've tried everything including factory reset on camera & it's still doing it 🤔

AT noon do you get recordings from that missing period (midnight til noon)? Just wondering if the cameras are recording anything but there's a delay in displaying them.

 

If that's not the issue, are you using a schedule? Even if you aren't supposed to be, it may be worthwhile to verify that there either isn't a schedule in use or that any existing schedule is properly set up.

Does this happen on the app or browser?

 

If thru the app, make sure the close it fully, then reopen. 

 

If thru the browser, it seems the cache (not a serviceworker) keeps new events from showing up.  Try control-F5 or closing the tab/browser.

There have been a couple of other users who have reported this - most are in Australia or New Zealand.

 

I haven't seen any resolution posted here.
