Help connecting to Base VMB4000

I have had an Arlo camera system since 2017 with a VMB4000 base station, including 3 Pro cameras and 3 Arlo Essential XL Spotlight Cameras. My system works perfectly.

Now, in April, I purchased 3 additional Pro 5S 2K cameras, and unfortunately, they do not work. I did some research before buying them, and according to the website, they were listed as compatible.

I’ve tried several ways to connect them, both using the VMB4000 base station and directly via Wi-Fi, but nothing works.
The problem is that the Pro 5 camera does not appear in the options to add to the app. And when I try to install without the base, connected to a 2G network, it beeps when I scan and does not find the camera.

so I can't use the camera.

I live in Brazil and I’m unable to return them. I also don’t have a subscription. So I can't use the camera and I can't go back to the US to return it.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Which is the problem.  The cameras aren't offered there.

     

    IMO, Arlo should fix that - it should be possible to install all their cameras worldwide.
