I’m opening my app and I’m seeing numerical values in red indicating events, but when I go into the feed there are no new events.

Now, when I toggle all events in my feed settings I’m able to see them, so I’m wondering why the app all of a sudden is telling me about the number of events in my feed that I don’t want to see?

Also I’m no longer getting alerts on my lock screen (iPhone). Every other app works fine but today the app is just not giving me the info I want to see.

im in New Zealand if that makes a difference (I recall there have been regional issues before).

Verify that no filters have been set in Feed. If you click on the camera in Dashboard or Devices, do the videos show up?

Can't help with iOS and no notifications but that sounds like a phone setting for the app. I'd try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app as a first step.

It looks like they are audio alerts, which I have disabled from the feed, but the number is still showing. I think its coming from my Wired Floodlight camera, and it looks like Arlo have introduced a new feature which is causing the issue. Previously there was only a motion indicator indicating live motion, but now there is also a sound indicator indicating live sound that hasn't always been there.

Im going to start a new thread in the wired floodlight category.

You can't disable alerts from the feed.  You can only filter them out from the recordings.

Did you check the rule in the mode(s) you are using?  That is the place to disable audio detection.
