It appears there are already some other topics about this matter, but I couldn't find a solution.

I'm running the latest version of the iOS Arlo app (5.6.2), on an iPhone 15 Pro with the most up to date iOS (18.3.2), although this has happened in previous versions.

The device has been set to trusted for a while.

Every once in a while, the app logs off, and I need to log back manually.

If I choose sending the email verification code, when I switch to the email client to check the code, the process restarts in Arlo app, rendering the received code useless.

If I choose sending a notification to the app, it's not received because technically, I'm still logged off.

So, unless there's another trusted device, or am able to access my email in another device, I'm stuck logged off.

Enabling SMS might be another option, as you might be able to see the text message withoug switching to the message app.
