Dead battery

Pro 5s   Light on front of camera says fully charged while plugged in but battery is actually at 0%. Brand New out of box .  Charged it for 4 hours till red light came on——still says 0% ?????? Help

Full charge is a blue LED, not red. Blinking amber (often looks red) means the battery is low.

Have you tried a different charger?
