Hi

changed wifi and can not reconnect on new WiFi.

trried all the suggestions on the help page and nothing works but I do not know how to connect the phone via 2.4.

connected my cameras to another wifi I have at separate address and they all connected fine.

Any suggestions would be help full.

Thanks Ben

First log into the router's web admin page.  The username/password is usually printed on the router label.

Then go to the wifi settings page - you should be able to change the name and password there.

Simplest method is to use the old SSID and password on the new network/router. Everything will automatically connect with no further interaction.

I would check the router's WiFi settings to ensure WPA2 (AES) is the selected encryption method. There may be a setting for WPA3 that also provides compatibility with this.

We can’t change back the router as it was not strong enough for the house and also paying for the extra speed.

i will try those settings thank you.

i also thought about connecting a wifi extender around the house and using that so it’s a different network.

No one said you should.  The suggestion was to set up the new router so it uses the same network name/password as the old one.

Ok sorry I read that wrong, not sure how to do that so will have a google to see how it’s done or perhaps ask a local IT company.

Thank you
