Been trying for many hours but cannot get my new Pro 5S 2K camera to blink blue to scan the QR code. It blinks once when I insert the battery. I tried the sync button on the camera, but it never blinks amber, so the QR code does not appear to scan.
So frustrating.
I'm ready to return the 3 cameras to Best Buy before the 15 day return window ends.
I have a Netgear Mesh Router, Nighthawk MR60. I have tried to figure out to configure the router to only have a 2.4GHZ SSID so that the camera and ARLO Secure would use the 2.4, not the 5 GHZ SSID to connect. It is very confusing to me.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried holding the sync button down for ~15 seconds? The LED should flash amber by then.
Also, make sure you are choosing the Pro 5s camera when you add device.

Yes, it never blinks blue, so I eject the camera from the base and hold the sync button for much longer than 15 seconds many times. It never blinks amber no matter how many times I try.
So frustrating. Thanks for your reply. Wish I could figure it out and not return the 3 camera bundle to Best But
I think it has something to do with the Netgear Nighthawk Mesh router RM60.
Not sure how to configure it to only connect to the 2.4 Ghz sode. I have tried many things, but have not been successful. I even disconnected the 2 satellite units from the router. That didn't help.

@tomdemott were you able to onboard the Pro 5S to the system?

only 1 of the 3 PRO 5S 2K got connected to the VMB 4000 base
ARLO Tech Support said 2 of the new camers are defective. I do not believe that!
