Hello,
I’m new to Arlo and could use some assistance. I have the Arlo Pro 5S 2K, and I attempted to add a new device to the Arlo Secure app on iOS. However, I encountered an issue where I'm prompted to upgrade to the Arlo Experience, which hasn’t been released for my region yet. Is there a way to continue using the Arlo Secure app to add new devices? Additionally, could you clarify what features I would have access to on the app without a subscription?

Where are you located? If you're prompted to upgrade the app, you should be able to proceed with the upgrade. Did you receive an error message that prevents you from progressing through the upgrade flow?
