Can’t add the cameras to the prenumeration plan

Hi!

I just bought the plan for up to four cameras. On the website I am asked to drag the cameras to the plan, but it is impossible to do on my Mac. I can’t see the cameras without closing the window with the message. What do do?

I've checked your account and it appears that each of your cameras has a plan associated with it already.

Are the cameras recording and working as they should?
