Use the arlo mobile app and navigate settings/support/ your device to see what support entitlements are.

You need to tell us what arlo app version number is and which UI experience you have plus what platform device your using as they all have different methods to get to settings menu.
These are arlo’s New and improved features if you haven’t already guess.
Start by looking for the more icon on the main page top right or left or the cog icon on the bottom.
