Cameras aren't working. Since the beginning I've had bad luck with these cameras. I have tried multiple times to get to speak to a live agent and nothing can't get a hold of them. The Ai assistant wont let me cancel my renewal and neither will the app. I have tried online and on the app and it always claims an error occurs. Even when I try to speak with an agent. Does anyone here know how I csm get in touch with an agent to cancel my renewal?

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
