My Arlo camera constantly goes off, and the only thing that causes movement is the wind maybe moving twig hanging from tree. Is there any way to adjust sensitivity settings?

Yes. Typically you would use the Default Mode Settings in each camera's settings. You may also want to reposition the camera to eliminate extra view from the camera and concentrate only one the real area of interest.
