The camera always had an issue charging, intermittent fault, if would charge if you position the magnetic charger unit in a certain way, the charging connections look flimsy and not really good enough quality, not fit for purpose, I put a support request in, however, no action they closed the ticket, The camera did perform well when it worked, because of this charging issue, I won’t be buying the planned 4 other cameras for my property, also have a flood light camera, the charging port is also temperamental, Poor quality, fingers x still works though,
The 5 Pro isn’t 6 months old yet, the flood light camera is -10months old
anybody had the same issue, is there a fix
