Hello what's the problem if it's charging and has 100% it doesn't take videos anymore what's the problem

Has the free trial period expired?

 

Arlo cameras are now a forever dependent on your CC. They require a paid subscription plan to use the basic features such as cloud storage.

 

You would think they would give you a days grace of cloud recordings.
