Hello all - two questions.

1. My internet provider sent a new router and when it was hooked up it had a different WiFi name and password.  All of my cameras went offline and it said I had to reset them but the problem is some of the cameras are 20 feet high. Is there anyway to reset them without having to hire someone to bring them down?

2. One of the cameras I was able to get down and reset but all of a sudden went back offline 2 weeks later.  Anyone having issues like this with the 5?

TIA

You could have changed this to match your old wifi name and password.  The login info for the router's admin web page is usually on a label attached to the router.  That would have been the simplest solution.  It might not work now, because the cameras use more power than usual when they are looking for your wifi network.  So they might need to be charged.

FWIW, I always suggest putting your cameras where you can reach them.

Did you charge it when you took it down?

If not, is the camera AC powered?  Or is it running on battery?
