My Arlo camera started having lines and then was magenta in the video feed. After a week or so of that, it shut off. I have 2 other Arlo cameras and do not have this issue.
I think the camera has died and should be replaced.
I took screen shots of the footage with this discoloration. If there’s a way to upload I can.

When you say it "shut off" do you mean it went offline? If you attach a charging cable to the camera, is there any LED behavior?

Hi- I have connected camera to charger and ejected from the case prior to doing so, and the camera won’t charge. It’s been on 4% for over an hour. I’ve attached the 2 photos of the footage w the magenta and lines.

Correction- it is charging and is at 57%. However, I’d like your advice on how to prevent this from happening again- lines, magenta footage, then going offline. Have you ever seen Arlo cameras do this? My other 2 Arlo cameras do not have this issue. They were all purchased as a set.

Jlynn,
The behavior in your screenshot could be an indication of poor signal strength from interference. Video quality artifacts, poor battery life and the device dropping offline are all symptoms that often are due to the location of the camera.
As a test, try temporarily bringing the camera inside, close to your router and test to see if you still experience the same behavior.

@Jynn: You could alternatively try swapping it with another camera, and see if the problem moves with the camera or stays with the location.
Assuming you don't have a smarthub - you can test the wifi signal with your phone at the camera location, using the free Ookla speedtest app. Pay particular attention to the upload speed you measure.
