So I purchased a pack of 3 of these from Best Buy and was getting upset because one kept going offline repeatedly. My internet provider only allows for their own wifi router with Plume and Plume wi-fi extenders. I picked up an extra Plume extender and had the internet service provider set them at 2.4ghz temporarily. They switched back to 5ghz eventually but haven’t dropped since. The signal is also picking up much better.
