Hello fellow sufferer,
I am struggling with two cams having battery issues: Cams are loosing 5% per hour and are not usable at all, Firmware is 1.050.33.10_106_3a163f7. Resetted several time. Even if there is no activity the cam is loosing battery and it is getting warm. Support ticket has been opened several month ago, bot no solution provided yet. Any ideas what can be done?

Bring a camera closer to your router/hub for testing. Any better?

Thanks for the answer, but I think it is not a network issue. My cam is in the living room and the Wifi-AP is 4 meter away - no walls between. Signal to Noise Ratio is 48 dB. Data rate in 2,4 GHz is 65 Mbit.

The camera shouldn't be getting warm.
Perhaps try removing one from the account, and then doing the hardware reset. Remove the camera from the housing, and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 sec). Then add the camera back to the account.
Have you tried to follow up with support (using the support center in the phone app)?
