I have 3 Pro 5S 2K cameras that have been in use since end of last year. They are all connected to a Smarthub (VMB4540) and initially motion detection and local recording has worked in conjunction with sending push notifications for at lest 2 of the cameras.
About a month ago it all stopped working, no notificatons and no recordings.
Today I have run the motion detection test and for the 2 cameras that have done recordings the test works out well but still no recordings or notifications. For the third camera the motion detection test failed, even when I set the sensitivity level to 100%. For this camera it seems the sensor does not work.
So why does the motion detection not work although it is activated and did work until a month ago for 2 of the cameras?

Assuming you have a subscription (it appears that you do), the fastest thing to do is to remove all devices from your account, reset them and add them back, starting with the hub, as if new. You'll need to rebuild all settings, modes and rules, schedule, etc. if you do this.

You might want to try removing, resetting and re-adding one camera first, just to see if you can avoid the whole system reset.

Hi, no I do not have a subscription. I can try and remove and add one of the cameras that passed the sensitivity test.
But the camera which failed the sensitivity test I assume I have to do a warranty claim.

I have now removed and added one of the cameras and now the notifications work again with this camera.
