Arlo Pro 5 will not detect motion when battery and AC power is connected at same time

Hi,

Is anybody else having the same issue?

The camera works perfectly fine when powered by just the battery. However, as soon as you connect it to AC power, the motion detection stops.

Also, the camera does work when powered by just the outdoor magnetic AC cable and no battery.

Just tested and the Pro5 worked without issue with ac adapter on ... also without. ( did not remove battery )

Check sw version... here running ; 1.040.26.1-48-00482f9

first I's pull battery and replace... test

then if same SW, I would do a removal and re-install of camera.
