Arlo 5s 2k. How do I connect to 2.4 ghz, when my router is 6 ghz.?

when i go to sinc camera, it says it needs to install at 2.4 ghz and then switch to 5-6 ghz to run. I cannot figure out how to switch to 2.4 for the install

Try ignoring that screen, and move on through the workflow.

 

My own router doesn't let me turn off 5 ghz, and ignoring that screen has worked for me.
