Added my partner but it’s like a new account

Hello


i’ve tried to give access to my partner. Followed the process but her account is like a new one with no access to our cameras. 

We both downloaded app from scratch and both have the same UI. I tried following advice of adding a Pro 5 to her account but it doesn’t trigger the update and I can’t go through adding the device because it’s already added to my account.

 

She did receive a random notification out of nowhere to accept the invite, but it wouldn’t let her click accept. It just didn’t do anything.

 

Must be honest I’ve found the entire thing quite frustrating and now having second thoughts about my purchase of the 5S cameras

Have her open the invite email on a PC, and then click on "create account".  That will open the default browser to my.arlo.com.  From there, she just logs into here existing account (completing the two-factor authentication step).  No need to create a new one.
