I had a working double system, basically a newer Arlo with Pro 4's and the subscription, and another older base station with some Pro2's that I have monitoring the attic for creatures, using two Arlo accounts (2 different emails). With the Pro 4 subscription/app, I could grant permission to myself and see all of the cameras from both systems without issue. When I added the 5S cameras, the app needed to upgrade to Arlo Secure, and that all went fine, however, I can no longer see the other system. I can still access the old system via the other email address on the PC, but do not know how to get to it from my phone. Is that still possible? Do you follow what I am trying to say? I don't know the exact terminology, but before the upgrade my phone displayed all cameras, the paid for system and the free system

Adding the Pro 5s migrated your user interface from Library to Feed.

You need to migrate the older "free" system to Feed as well.  Do that by starting to add a Pro 5s to that older system from the primary account.  You can't complete the process (since you don't have another Pro 5s).  But it will prompt you to migrate to "Feed" - after that step, just abort the onboarding.

Not sure if you will also need to re-share the cameras from the "free" account again.  Hopefully not.

OK. Thanks. i will try that. But - - if I migrate the older Arlo Pro2 system to Feed, will that require another subscription to Arlo Secure? The cameras on this old system are not that important, I just put them up there to use them since I had them and it doesn't cost me anything. I don't mind paying for the service on my 5S and 4 Pro's, but really don't want to have another subscription for these attic cameras.

THANKS AGAIN

No, it won't.  The 7-day cloud storage that was included with your Pro 2 cameras will still be available to you after you migrate to Feed.

THANKS! It worked great. I now have a drop down choice at the top of the iPhone app for HOME and HOME (one which I renamed Attic), and all cameras are now accessible. I really like this new app.

Thanks again
