Activity Zones not loading on new Pro5s cameras

We replaced three cameras with the Pro5 S 2k cameras. I cannot get the image to display to set the activity zones at all, all I get is the spinning wheel. Using a different device did not solve it.

FredPSP,

 

If you trigger a recording or manually record/snapshot using the live stream, log out of the app and then log back in, does that resolve the issue?
