what is latest H version of arlo pro 4's

I received and hooked up a 3 pack of arlo pro 4's the other day. They were H4 version. I have had arlo cameras, pro 2 and pro 3 for many years between two accounts and overall, they have performed as well as could be expected. The new pro 4 cameras had noise in the recordings, pixelization in the playback. To say the least I was not impressed, I would have kept them and made do, it seems a person has to be ready to make do with arlo. But for the fact that on one of the cameras the magnetic mount had reverse polarity and pushed the connection apart. So back they went to Amazon.

I am wondering if there are newer H versions which are improved or not. I like my arlo pro 3's but they seem not to be available any longer.

Do you know who the Amazon seller was? it sounds like these cameras might have been refurbished or used.
