Start by removing and reinstalling the camera from your account. If still no good, it may be a hardware failure. If still within warranty, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer. Otherwise, you can use the B&W setting for night vision that uses IR LEDs instead of the spotlight or you can purchase a new camera.
