I was able to view the cameras on my lap top via the web portal on on the first day. It's been 2 days now and when I click view cameras it goes straight to the log page. My wife is able to view on her cell phone, I can also view cameras on my cell phone. I need to be able to view on my laptop because the picture is larger and clearer.

I'm not sure how to change browsers (I'll have to get my son's help) We use Google Chrome, my confusion is that we were able to view the cameras. I will try your suggestion and post my results.
