pro4 connection or push to LG smart tv

Would there be a way to automatically interrupt a smart TV with the Arlo pro 4. I'm looking to put it down by my entrance and would like it to 1st be able to push the video to the smart tv. or 2nd to an apple TV. Not sure if the hub is required or would it work through LG or Homekit on apple. thanks

I use an Apple TV 4K  with Homekit and I find the notifications and streaming very convenient and appealing. You will need to be connected to a Smart Hub or Base Station and a compatible device to utilize Homekit.
