online chat said I don’t have a problem and immediately ended the chat

Constantly getting hung up on; the online chat said I don’t have a problem and immediately ended the chat. This is by far the worst customer service experience. I’ve spent all day trying to resolve an issue. I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase anything from ARLO.

They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t know their own products. Been hung up on multiple times now. I then went to a live chat to discuss my “wired” doorbell to which they responded that it had a 50% battery life and they promptly ended the chat. Well that didn’t solve my problem!!!! 

 

We will probably cancel and toss this junk in the trash where it belongs.
