one camera works, can't add a second and third - can't find device

I bought 3 Arlo Pro 4 cameras.  The first one could not be found even though i validated everything was what was recommended.  ie. 2.4 ghz networks, same network SSID, flashing blue light, etc.  Next they recommended i reset to factory settings and repeat the process.  I did this and the camera was found immediately.   I tried the same for the other 2 cameras and neither of them can be found.  has anyone else had this happen to them?  if so, ideas to help me fix?

Are you still experiencing this issue with your cameras? Have you tried onboarding via the web portal?
