issue with the motion sensor

I got 3 Arlo cameras as a gift and one of them has an issue with the motion sensor (it doesn’t sense motion). Seems like a straight forward “sorry for the inconvenience, send it back and we will replace it”. Nope. A month of back and forward where single responses to questions takes 4-5 days late and the resolution is: “tough”. I can go to the person who bought me the gift and tell them I need the receipt to return it, then drive to another state where he bought it and try and return it. Save yourself the pain and go with another company. They don’t stand behind their product at all.

Just be thankful you didn’t waste your money on them like the EOL-ers give them back and say not to buy arlo again unless they are your worst enemy.
