Hey, we have had Arlo "legacy" (as it is called now), and through a warm-carding at the wrong time due to me accidentally throwing away my debit card, they cancelled service. I spent way too much time affirming that I can no longer sign up for legacy that we had, and am forced to upgrade, and somehow in a few months so will everyone else.
So, cameras are able to be viewed again but it is not showing up under the library.
Anyone know do we have to climb up to every camera and reset? the network hasn't changed, the router hasn't changed, they are live, but not recording.d
I think we have Arlo 4

The legacy cameras still have the free 7 day plan for the time being although with these cameras being end-of-lifed that will be going away.
However, you posted in the Pro 4 camera section and these cameras have always needed a subscription. Please verify your camera and subscription.
