apparently there is two Arlo apps, and I have having problems removing friends from geo location. I have read how to fix it but I do not see what is refered on my app. so I am wondering if this is because I have the old app? When I try and add arlo security to update my app I am told my chime is not supported. please help

The current apps support 2 different user interfaces (UI). The old one uses Library to view recordings while the new one uses Feed. Based on your comments, I suspect you're using the new UI with Feed. If so, use Settings, Data Privacy, Account, Available Geofence Devices to remove old/unused devices.

I do not see Data Privacy,. Under Setting I have privacy center.

Use that then. The current apps support 2 different user interfaces (UI) - the old one that uses Library to view recordings and the new one that uses Feed. It sounds like you may be using the old UI.
