Not sure there is a "best".  Some folks have stuggled with Eero, but I haven't seen any issues posted on that lately.  A couple also have reported some issues with TP-Link - but I don't think I've seen enough of those to see a clear trend.

 

FWIW, I use an older Orbi mesh, and haven't had any issues with it.
