I bought 2x Pro4 cameras and a vmb5000 hub. I've been using them with free 3 mo. trial. Now I want to get the multi-camera subscription package, but the webpage won't accept my postal code when I enter my credit card info. I've read the forums, and this seems to be a common problem, but nobody explains how to resolve it. How can I convince Arlo to take my money?

I feel a little embarrassed because the solution was pretty simple. For a Canadian postal code all letters must be upper case and there must be a space between the first and second group. No lower case, no dash, must have space. 🙂

James, I can see that I have a private msg from you but the page is blank - there is no msg. I've tried to view it with Android phone, Edge w/Win10 PC, and Firefox w/Win10 PC but I cannot see the msg.
