My 2 pro 4’s went offline last month when I was in the UK.
to get them back up when I got back, I had to reset both, remove both from the app and delete them re install the app
Scorched earth.
That was the 2nd time I had to do that.
Now the app shows I’m on a free trial, yet another 15 bucks got taken from my credit card.
anybody else having these type of issues?

Resetting and starting over is a PITA, but unfortunately is sometimes needed when things go wrong.
Arlo shouldn't have started the trial again, since you already had the trial on these cameras. And they do let you purchase the subscription even when all the cameras are on the trial. So nothing is really wrong here.
If you had the three month trial the first time, you could drop the subscription until the trial expires (taking advantage of Arlo's mistake).
