Hi guys!
I have just bought the arlo pro 4 two pack and wondered about what should follow in the box...
I have looked at several videos and it shows the magnetic holder as standard and the screw mount if you want to buy one as an extra...
My box has as said two cameras....one magnetic base and one screw base...
Do I just go back to the shop I bought it from and ask for another magnetic mount?

To be clear - I don't work for Arlo, or represent them in any way.
That said, there's no one-size-fits-all answer here, and I suspect having different skus for all the possible mount combinations wouldn't work.
There are disadvantages to the magnetic mounts, and personally I use the screw mounts in several locations.
There are some third-party magnetic mounts on Amazon that are about half the price of the Arlo ones. Could be worth a try.

I've always received a mix of mounts, so that is normal.

Hi StephenB😀
Ok I thank you for the info....
I have seen many threads on this and yet arlo hasn't done anything about it...
When you open the pack you have The "Set up your Pro 4 Spotlight Camera" in different languages and there it states that the camera mount is the magnet.
After so many threads on this I think it is about time that arlo were more clear about what comes with your camera..
Of course this is my personal observation which seems to be shared by many....
