adding a second person

in trying to add my Fiancé to my account as we live in the same home, he setup an account before clicking on the link he was sent.  When trying to login it wants him to add a device and it will not let him scan the QR code on my camera.  Can he delete the account and the app and start over by me sending him another link to accomplish this?

This often works out better if they log into my.arlo.com in a PC browser, and then click on the link another browser tab.
