note: the solar is connected, the battery is < 66%, the solar has been connected since 100%, that is clear Florida sunshine. There is no shade on the panel, not even from my belly.
Super tired of the shoddy solar feature.

Depending on where you put that dielectric grease, that could be the issue. A dielectric material is a poor conductor of electricity so grease on the contacts could cause this.
FWIW, I've only had one old solar panel need to be replaced due to obvious damage. The magnetic connectors are still working well without the need to to do anything to them. YMMV

What have you tried to fix this? Usually I suggest cleaning both sides of the magnetic connection with a clean rag that has some isopropyl alcohol on it. You could also try swapping cameras, if you have others, to see if that makes a difference.

It is a brand new solar charge and camera housing. I used dialectic grease and then wrapped the camera in electrical tape to keep out moisture. If you are able to view the image I shared you can see that the camera is showing the 'sun' icon - it just isn't charging.
I added the grease and tape because the old solar cell connector corroded to $h!* after less than a year without treatments. As I said - Arlo solar is terribly shoddy.

If the solar panels is still within warranty we can likely replace it. The support team will reach out to further investigate the root cause. I have escalated your case & someone from support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.
