Both of the Pro-4 XL cameras have been working fine today and I have been getting proper 'smart notifications' (e.g., person, vehicle) as of 1.5 hour ago. Since then, I had received 'Activity Zones are currently disable. Please reconnect the power source to the device' and consequently, I had not gotten any smart notifications and my recordings are not accessible on the cloud.
I am not using a power source (only battery) for both cameras and percent battery left is high for both. What's going on and what can I do to fix this problem? Thanks!
